Greetings from San Francisco!

One of the most important things that I think that we do as clinicians is keep up with others doing the same job. That way, none of us becomes too isolated in our thinking and loses track of the good ideas and trends that are out there. That is one reason that I love to come to meetings like the American Academy of Ophthalmology meeting, which I am currently attending in San Francisco. Even when I hear ideas that are not new to me, it is great to get a refresher from others that have different experiences than I do.
